Brian moved to Chicago from Ohio around 2003 to finish a degree in culinary arts and has been working in the foodservice industry ever since. Outside of work, He loves feeding his family and groups of friends. Unrelated to food he enjoys hanging out with his family (wife, sons and pit bull), camping with friends, playing pool, movies (Monty Python, horror, documentaries and more) and downtime. His best times are usually an intimate gathering of friends, around a good meal and drinks with borderline irreverent humor. He has been a part of SSC since the beginning, and enjoys working with the food team to make our meals special and remedy food injustice issues where we can.
